After your 1-month free trial ends, your subscription automatically continues at $$290/year ($24/month). You can cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charges. No credit card required to start!
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

What if I upgrade mid-year from monthly to annual?
If you switch from monthly to annual billing mid-year, we'll credit your account for any unused time on your monthly plan and apply it toward your annual subscription. You'll immediately start saving with the annual rate!
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
Absolutely not! $290/year includes everything - all features, unlimited users, storage, support, and updates. The only additional cost is payment processing fees if you accept online donations (standard Stripe rates apply).
Can I get a refund if I cancel my annual plan?
Yes! If you're on an annual plan and cancel within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund. After 30 days, we'll provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts beyond your chosen billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your paid period (month or year).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Annual subscriptions can also be paid via check or ACH transfer.
