We will never sell your data. Your church's information belongs to you, not us.

- Payment Information: Processed by Stripe (we don't store card numbers)

Churches using children's ministry features must obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting information from children under 13.
Parents have the right to:
- Review their child's information
- Request deletion of their child's data
- Refuse further collection of their child's information
Churches are responsible for COPPA compliance and obtaining appropriate consent.
We retain your data:
- Active Accounts: As long as your account is active
- After Deletion: Backups retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
- Financial Records: Donation records retained for 7 years (tax/legal requirements)
- Logs: System logs retained for 1 year for security purposes
Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers in different countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.
For EU users, we comply with GDPR requirements and use Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers.
