Create Your Account
✅ Steps:
- 1. Go to 1church.info/beta-signup
- 2. Enter your beta code (provided in email)
- 3. Fill in church name and contact info
- 4. Sign up with email/password
- 5. You're in! 🎉
Note: Your account is automatically set as admin, giving you full access to all features.

Configure API Keys (Essential)
Required for AI Features: Without these, video generation and AI tools won't work
OpenAI API Key
REQUIRED
Powers AI sermon assistant, text generation, and audio
- 1. Go to platform.openai.com/api-keys
- 2. Sign up or log in
- 3. Click "+ Create new secret key"
- 4. Name it "1Church" and copy the key
- 5. In 1Church: Go to Settings → Setup Wizard
- 6. Paste key in "OpenAI API Key" field
- 7. Click "Test Connection"
💰 Cost: Pay-as-you-go, typically $10-30/month for most churches
D-ID Video API Key
REQUIRED
Generates AI talking-head videos from text/audio
- 1. Go to studio.d-id.com/account/api
- 2. Sign up (free trial available)
- 3. Copy your API key from dashboard
- 4. In 1Church: Go to Settings → Setup Wizard
- 5. Paste key in "D-ID API Key" field
- 6. Click "Test Connection"
💰 Cost: Free trial includes 20 credits, then $0.12-0.25 per video
Twilio Phone Number
OPTIONAL
Enable prayer hotline (SMS/voice prayers)
- 1. Go to twilio.com/console
- 2. Sign up (free trial with $15 credit)
- 3. Buy a phone number ($1/month)
- 4. Follow our detailed Twilio guide

Customize Your Church
Upload Church Logo
Click the logo in sidebar → Upload or Generate with AI
Add Church Info
Go to Profile → Update church details
Invite Team Members
Settings → Team → Invite staff
Common Issues & Solutions
❌ "API Key Invalid" Error
Solution:
- • Make sure you copied the entire key (no spaces)
- • Check that key is activated on provider's dashboard
- • Add payment method if using free trial
- • Generate a new key and try again
❌ Video Generation Fails
Solution:
- • Verify both OpenAI AND D-ID keys are set
- • Check your D-ID credits balance
- • Try shorter text (under 500 characters)
- • Wait 2-3 minutes for processing
❌ Features Not Loading
Solution:
- • Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R)
- • Clear browser cache
- • Try different browser (Chrome recommended)
- • Check internet connection
